A drive-through rack is a pallet storage system where forklifts can access pallets from both sides. One side is used for loading, the other for unloading, which enables first in, first out (FIFO) inventory flow.
This system is ideal when oldest stock must be used first. Racks are typically multi-level, and pallets rest on rails supported by uprights.
